Buyers can report qualifying problems within 7 calendar days after delivery or confirmed local pickup. Qualifying issues include items that never arrived, are significantly not as described, arrive damaged, or are the wrong item. Change-of-mind purchases aren't covered — and seller-specific return policies may provide additional protection.
