AmuPit policies

The rules that keep the marketplace safe and fair for everyone.

These pages are general information about how AmuPit works — not legal advice. Marketplace payments, seller obligations, taxes, consumer protection, and privacy requirements must be reviewed by qualified California/U.S. legal counsel before public launch.

Prohibited Items

The following may not be listed on AmuPit: stolen or lost devices; devices with activation locks still attached; counterfeit or replica products; modified or jailbroken devices with altered serial numbers; items with unpaid contracts or financing attached; government-issued IDs; surveillance equipment designed to spy on people; and anything illegal under California or U.S. federal law.

Also prohibited: weapons and weapon accessories, drugs and drug paraphernalia, adult content, and any item whose sale requires a license you don't hold.

AmuPit uses automated screening and human review to detect prohibited items. Listings that are flagged are removed, and repeat offenders lose their accounts.
