Refund Policy
If an item never arrives, arrives materially different from the listing, or arrives damaged, buyers can open a dispute and request a refund. Refunds are issued through AmuPit's payment system based on the dispute outcome and the evidence both sides provide.
Refund eligibility depends on the order status, the evidence provided, and the resolution decided in the dispute process. Keeping a transaction's timeline and proof (photos, messages, tracking) makes resolution faster.
AmuPit does not guarantee refunds in every case — each dispute is reviewed individually. This policy should be reviewed against California consumer-protection law before launch.
