AmuPit policies

AmuPit is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of new and used electronics across the United States. By creating an account or using AmuPit, you agree to these terms, our Marketplace Rules, and our Privacy Policy.

AmuPit operates two channels. On the AmuPit Marketplace, AmuPit is a venue, not the seller of record: third-party sellers are solely responsible for their listings, descriptions, pricing, and the legality of what they sell, and buyers and sellers transact through AmuPit's protected payments, dispute resolution, and trust tools. For products sold by the AmuPit Store or fulfilled through authorized supplier partners, AmuPit is responsible for fulfillment as disclosed on each product page.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to buy or sell on AmuPit. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

AmuPit may suspend or remove accounts, listings, or content that violate these terms, and may change these terms with notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
